Format and handling
Panel size, thickness, weight, packing and handling are reviewed against the application, installation method and logistics.
SPC Wall & Shower Panels
Euro Vietnam develops large-format SPC wall and shower panels for bathrooms, wet-area projects, renovations and contemporary interiors. Core, surface, joint, corner, format, installation method and packing are considered together before the product is ready for production.

Different manufacturers may use different core constructions, surface films, joint designs, adhesives, sealing details and production methods. The complete product and installation logic need to be compared—not only the sheet price.
Panel size, thickness, weight, packing and handling are reviewed against the application, installation method and logistics.
Core construction, film build-up, gloss, texture, visual quality and fabrication behaviour are checked as one product.
Profile geometry, tolerances, corners, adhesive, sealing and substrate requirements need to work together.
MOQ, decor and profile mix, tooling, packing, payment, lead time and other costs and terms are compared with the product itself.

Beyond the Flat Panel
Interlocking profiles can create a controlled connection between adjacent panels and reduce visible trim, but the finished result depends on the profile geometry, tolerance, sealing and installation detail.
Suitable constructions can be back-grooved and folded to form continuous outer corners. The core, film, gloss, texture and fabrication behaviour need to tolerate that process and still meet the approved appearance.
These details are checked as product decisions, not left as finishing questions after the panel has been selected.

Application
SPC uses a mineral-polymer core rather than a wood-fibre core, avoiding the moisture sensitivity associated with conventional wood-fibre boards.
Large panels cover more wall area with fewer visible joints. Suitable formats can be score-cut and installed over correctly prepared surfaces using the specified installation system.
The thin mineral-core format is intended to keep large panels manageable during transport and installation.
Marble, stone and contemporary decorative finishes can be developed across different gloss, texture and visual directions for private-label ranges.
Suitability for a bathroom or wet-area application depends on the complete construction, joint, sealing or adhesive system, substrate, installation method and supporting documentation—not the panel alone.
From Specification to Release
The intended market and application determine which fire, emissions, chemical, surface, installation and other documentation requirements need to be established. The required evidence is identified at the start, and the available reports and documents are confirmed for the selected product and factory.
Core, dimensions, weight, surface, gloss, joint, corner, packing and visual references are recorded as the product develops. Later changes remain visible.
Where inspection is part of the work, the checklist can record dimensions, squareness, surface, gloss, joint, packing and agreed tolerances with measurements, photographs and signatures.
The report gives the client a reviewable basis for its decision. Inspection does not guarantee the product or replace factory production control; it checks the agreed points against the evidence available before shipment.
