The factory should fit the product. We stay involved through production.

Euro Vietnam works with European distributors, brands and retail groups to develop flooring and surface products, choose suitable Vietnamese manufacturers and stay involved through production.

Flooring and wall-panel products at a factory in Vietnam

Why Euro Vietnam

A direct factory relationship is useful.
It is not the whole answer.

You should know who makes your product, speak directly with the factory and build that relationship. Euro Vietnam does not stand in the way.

What we add is a view beyond one factory’s catalogue and commercial priorities. We compare viable factory options, explain the differences that can change the product or the economics, and stay close when samples, specifications, packing or production move away from the original plan.

Finding a factory is rarely the difficult part. The difficult part is knowing whether it fits the product—and keeping the agreed product intact once more people and departments become involved.

From Current Work

The work is in the decisionsbetween the brief and the shipment.

Three anonymized examples show where Euro Vietnam becomes useful.

  1. 01

    Different products, different factories

One retail proposal was divided across manufacturers by product format. One supplier was not treated as the automatic source for the entire collection, and a second factory option was kept available when sample timing became uncertain.

  2. 02

A quotation put on a comparable basis

Two wall-panel offers changed position after fees, packing and other costs were separated from the headline price. The useful comparison was the complete offer, not the first number on the page.

  3. 03

    A problem handled before release

Display equipment was stopped after a physical inspection, corrected at the factory, reinspected and then released in time for loading. The decision required a practical tolerance, immediate rework and someone present to check the result.

From the Work

A third-party inspection
is not a product specification.

An inspection company can record what it sees. The product-specific checklist decides whether it checks the details that matter: dimensions, surface, joint, visual standard, packing and agreed tolerances.
