Who is responsible

Information we collect
When you use the inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, company and message. A two-letter country code may also be derived from the request by our website infrastructure. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential manufacturing or commercial program, maintain relevant business correspondence and protect the form against abuse. The processing is based on taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in managing business inquiries securely.
Service providers
Website hosting, form storage and the Turnstile security check are provided through Cloudflare. A configured email delivery provider may process inquiry details solely to notify Euro Vietnam of a new submission. Information may be processed in countries outside your own under the safeguards used by the relevant service provider. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Inquiry data is normally retained for up to 24 months from the last meaningful contact. It may be kept longer when needed for an active business relationship, contractual or legal obligations, or the establishment and defence of legal claims. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
