Focus on products, not company names. The search engine works best when you enter the item you need:
– Typing “Rice” shows general rice suppliers.
– Typing “Jasmine Japonica long‑grain rice” narrows the list to mills specialising in that exact variety.

Unlimited searches are available on the free plan (up to 10 factory results per query).

2. Request Access to Your Factory Listing
1. Click the key icon in the top‑right corner, or press “Find My Factory & Request Access.”
2. Press “Find My Factory & Request Access.”
3. Enter your factory name and click Search.
4. If your factory appears in the list, hit “This is My Factory – Request Access.”
5. Submit the form. You’ll receive your Factory ID and temporary password by email.
2.1. Edit Your Listing
1. Go to the Login page and enter your Factory ID and password.
2. Update your information, then click “Submit Update Request”.
Pro Tip: Completing all fields and keeping certificates current increases your Rating, boosting visibility in Top 10 (free plan) and Top 100 (PRO).

3. Add Your Factory (if it’s not listed)
1. At the bottom of the factory portal search page, click “Add My Factory.”
2. Fill in company details, product categories, and other details.
3. Submit the form—you’ll get login credentials by email.
